J. Michael King, M.D. is a board certified otolaryngologist (ENT), head and neck surgeon who specializes in laryngology. Dr. King manages all adult and pediatric ear, nose and throat disorders, and his special interests include helping patients with voice, swallowing and airway disorders.

Using minimally invasive endoscopic equipment, Dr. King is often able to assess and treat many problems in the office. His surgical expertise is helping singers and other professional voice users by performing endoscopic microlaryngeal procedures in the throat. He treats other disorders such as vocal cord paralysis, spasmodic dysphonia, respiratory papillomas, laryngeal reflux disease, chronic cough, and certain swallowing disorders. In addition, Dr. King specializes in managing airway problems of the throat and trachea (windpipe). He has extensive training in endoscopic laser procedures to remove obstructing lesions in the upper airway.
